Weekly Falun Dafa Meditation Workshop Winter 2021 Semester
December 26th, 2020 – May 1st, 2021
In light of the current circumstances, we will be holding the weekly Falun Dafa exercises workshops remotely over Zoom. The workshop be from 9 AM to 11 AM (EST) every Saturday.
Falun Dafa is a traditional Chinese meditation and self-cultivation practice based on the principles of truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance. Falun Dafa is practiced by millions around the world, the main reading Zhuan Falun has been translated into more than 40 languages.
If you want to reduce stress with slow and gentle exercises and meditation, or if you are interested to know more about Falun Dafa, feel free to join us! We can teach you the five Falun Dafa exercises as well as answer questions you may have.

No experience is necessary. We recommend comfortable/stretchy pants and some open area to do the exercises!
